Can't wait to try on your new pieces?  We can't either, so we aim to make it simple!  For $5 we offer USPS priority mail shipping and FREE returns for online orders.  Upon placing your order, you'll also receive a personal tracking number, so you'll be able to follow your order's progress.

Returns and Exchanges

We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a seamless shopping experience for you. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy. Please carefully review the following guidelines for returning or exchanging items.

1. Returns and Exchanges Period:

Online Order Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. This 7-day window provides you with ample time to inspect the item and decide if it meets your expectations.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be within the 7-day return period from the date of delivery.
  • The item must not have been worn, altered, or washed. It should be in its original, unworn condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and liners attached.

3. Items Ineligible for Returns and Exchanges: The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Items that have been worn, altered, or washed.
  • Items without their original packaging, tags, labels, or liners.
  • Sale items: Sale items can only be returned for store credit.

4. Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. You can reach us via email,
  2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for the return or exchange.
  3. Once we have received your request you will be sent a return.

When returning your order we will email you a return label and a restocking fee of $5 will be deducted.

Refunds and Store Credit

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or store credit as per your request. Refunds that are store credit will will be issued as a gift card.

Sale items and gifts can only be returned for store credit.
