Your happiness is our priority at Salua. While we strive to provide the best, we understand that sometimes, a return is necessary. Our simplified return process ensures hassle-free returns within 7 days after your order has been received.

How to Begin a Return:

We've streamlined our return process to ensure it's straightforward and stress-free. Follow the steps below:

• Log In to Your Account:

  1. Click the profile icon in our store's navigation, or visit the refund policy/returns page.
  2. Enter your email in the provided field and click "Continue."
  3. Access your email account, open the email from our store, and copy the six-digit verification code.
  4. Return to our online store and enter the six-digit verification code.

• Submit a Return Request:

  1. Click on the order containing items you'd like to return.
  2. If you’ve ordered multiple items, select those you wish to return.
  3. Choose a return reason and, if desired, leave a note for further details.
  4. Click "Request return."

Upon approval of your return request, and if shipping is required, you will receive an email containing shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Following the return of the product, your refund will be processed.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with all tags and liners attached, and in original packaging.
• Please initiate your return within 7 days of order receipt.

Sales Items:

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Shipping Policy:

• Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150.

Note:

Refunds will be processed after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
